The viewer/user
downloads software and selects the type of information s/he wants. The
software goes out onto the web and selects those web sites to "push"
back to the user's screen.
The content providers
are called "Channels". Some "Channels" are web sites from different media
organizations. For example newspapers, broadcast and cable network web
sites, news organizations, etc. You can find links on Links
page. You register or sign up with a trusted content provider and allow
that provider to send content to you.
