Grading
Grading will be based on the following scheme:

| Quiz | will be announced; closed book; three times | 30% |
| Project | Group work with 4 students; select a sufficiently complex case for which you have to design the software architecture. Includes architecture requirements analysis, domain analysis, architecture design, architectural views; apply architectural patterns; evaluate architecture; provide explicit reasoning design alternatives; | 30% |
| Critical Review | Two to three pages individual critical review on randomly assigned software architecture design research paper | 10% |
| Final Exam | Open book/slides; 3 hours | 25% |
| Attendance | Attendance will be taken several times throughout the semester. Attendance checks will be made on a random basis. The grade for attendance will be 0 if absent for more than 30% during attendance check times. | 5% |
