My master's thesis was on parallel frequency mining. We have developed a new
parallel frequency mining algorithm and implemented it on a Beowulf
cluster. I am still working on its paper! When it's done, the code will be
available for research purposes.
I have also made some improvements to FP-Growth algorithm, optimizing it for
space. The implementation is available in the Code
